Returns can be easily initiated via our returns portal. There you can select your order and register a return.

Return period
You have two options for returning an item.
Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Voluntary right of return from HEIMWEH: We also grant a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days after receipt of the goods.

Requirements for returns
For a return to be possible, the goods should be unused, in perfect condition and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.

Return costs
The customer bears the cost of the return shipment.

Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order.
