Manage your order
In your HEIMWEH customer account, you can view and manage your orders at any time. There you will find an overview of your past orders, the current order status, your invoices, and your delivery information.

View orders
Once you are logged in, you can access your orders under "Order Overview". Here you will see the order number, order date, status of your order, and the products ordered.

Order as a guest
You can also order from HEIMWEH without a customer account. In this case, you will receive all important information regarding your order via email, including the order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and a tracking link for shipment tracking.

Change or cancel an order
If your order has not yet been shipped, it may still be possible to change or cancel it. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
